Here follow simple steps successfully install cfw(FIRST READ INSTRUCTIONS AND SEE SCREEN SHOTS CAREFULLY THEN INSTALL)
Be Careful have battery full in both pc/notebook and mobile
1.Download and install phoenix in your pc

2.Download CFW Files

3.copy RM-697 folder in CFW Fils to C:\Program Files\Nokia\Phoenix\Products\
4.Open Phoenix
Click File -> Open Product-> Select RM-697
5.Go to Flashing->Firmware Update
6.Open Product Code and Select RM-697 CTR INDIA Aluminum Grey and Click OK
7.Check Dead Phone USB Flashing Then Click Options
8.In Flashing files and their parameter option, delete everything except RM-697_20.0.024_prd.core.C00
9.Click Add, then Open File, Go to Desktop and add the Files you extracted with this properties:
1.ROFS2 (RM-697_20.0.024_prd.rofs2.V21) - Type: PPM,Use case: Check Backup/Restore and Refurbish (Symbian^Anna Lite CFW v1.1.rar)(After extract size:29.6mb)Link:mediafire.com/?g67qwp9tiv1xrhm
2.UDA-Type:Content Use Case: Refurbish(You find this in "things to replace folder"in CFW fILES download before but dont take rof2.V21 in that folder ,you take rof2.V21 in "Symbian^Anna Lite CFW v1.1.rar"
10.follow Onscreen instructions when popmenu appears
11.disconnect usb if u connect already
connect usb
takeoff battery
insert battery and press green button or call button
wait few minutes until complete successfully popmenu appears be patient
it take not more than five minutes.

If the process is failed and your phone is dead means don't worry take your mobile phone to Nokia care and ask for flash mobile.They flash within few minutes and they charge less than RS.200 unless no warranty.Before you backup your contacts.

How to hack?
1. Install NortonSymbianHack.sisx
2. Launch the app
3. Go Options- Anti-Virus - Quarantine list
4. Go Options - Restore, accept prompt
5. Exit application, delete from App manager (Symantec Symbian Hack). Also delete c:\shared\ folder.This folder contains norton files eventhough you uninstall the app.
6. Install RomPatcherPlus_3.1.sisx from hack archive
7. Launch and apply patches:
- Open4all for full access to file system
- Installserver for installing any unsigned applications
you find this c:\shared\ folder using xplore app and tick all hidden files in xplore menu if you cannot find that folder.
